A professional system for small and medium-sized installations, which can contain up to 64 doors and 64 cameras. In case you require an extended system in the future, it is ready for integration into OnGurad, which has no limitations of the number of doors and cameras.
The application naturally involves security measures, including HTTPS, and configurable TCP/IP ports. The system also allows the use SLL certificates and set authorisations for operating personnel.
TruPortal was originally devised solely for locally implemented access control systems involving no more than 64 doors. However, it is important to realise that in contrast to regular systems on the market, the involvement of 64 doors does not include only 64 readers, as it is possible to control the passage through a door one way or both ways; therefore it is possible to integrate up to 128 readers on 64 doors. The basic control unit possesses IP connectivity and other extension modules can be connected onto a RS485 bus. The control unit has four buses.
The second generation additionally contained the option to create a system that enables the implementation in multiple premises connected in a network. Single door IP controllers, which can be installed on remote premises, such as in a larger building or area, were added as well. Using the single door IP controllers, it is possible to create a cost-effective system for a company with multiple branches connected via LAN.
Integration with a camera system was enabled for the third generation. The installation allows the linking of a camera with a door and thus easily access the videoclips from a specific event involving a specific door. TruPortal is compatible with TruVision recorder devices to which analogue or IP cameras can be connected. Video integration allows the viewing of a live stream from the cameras, footage of the events associated with a specific device, and storage of video clips.
Every card holder can be assigned up to 5 cards. The maximal number of persons (card holders) in the system is 10 000. Each person can be assigned a photo. Automatic backup can be configured. The system supports 8 card formats, which enables the use of compatible cards from various suppliers.
If you have specific requests related to configuration of access levels, TruPortal can support up to 64 levels. A calendar, which can be programmed to include up to 255 holidays, is available and can render doors inaccessible during specific dates and times, but freely accessible otherwise.
TruPortal can be connected with input/output expansion boards. It is possible to monitor 64 outputs and 128 inputs in total. Depending on the type of event, inputs or outputs of the connected devices or systems can be activated.
The capacity of the memory is 65 000 events.
E-mail notification with up to ten distribution lists can be enabled.

If TruPortal does not meet the requirements of your company in the future, we can upgrade it to the OnGuard security solution for you without the need to change hardware, thus protecting your investment. Such solutions are implemented at high security level sites, such as those involved in national security – military bases, airports, ministries, and are used by largest global corporations.
